a.) I think that this law would work if a person was to do it. No one likes a person that talks to much. This law says its better to say less then say too much, which is true. If you are trying to convince someone of somthing, your more believeable if you say less. If your going on and on people often think that your making things up. Also if you are saying too much you have more of a chance to say something dumb of make your self look bad. So I think this is a good law and if one was to follow it that they would convince more people by saying less.
